1. Return Eligibility – Digital Products

We offer refunds for courses, digital products, and downloads only if the materials have not been accessed, downloaded, or engaged with in any way. Access includes:

  • Logging into a course platform

  • Opening course modules or videos

  • Downloading product files

  • Viewing gated content

If our system shows that content has been accessed, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.


2. Return Eligibility – Physical Products (Books & T-Shirts)

Books

Books may be returned for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

T-Shirts

T-shirts are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. If your item arrives with a defect or issue, please contact us within 30 days and we will work to resolve the problem through a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective.


3. How to Request a Return

To request a return for any eligible item, contact us within 7 calendar days of your purchase for digital products or within 30 calendar days for physical items (books/t-shirts). Please include your full name, order number, and a brief explanation for your request.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course or download, please notify us immediately. We are committed to resolving these issues promptly.


6. Final Sale Items

All digital products that have been accessed or downloaded are final sale and non-refundable.
