Services: Services may be fully refunded if canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery of the service.

Courses: Courses may be fully refunded if they have not been accessed. If the course has been accessed, it is considered non-refundable. However, upon cancellation, your access to the course will be removed immediately upon cancellation request.
