Meet The Directors
President/Founder
Berjoh Elise Fullilove is the President of The Notary Education Group Inc. and CEO of B. Elise Notary Services. A seasoned notary, educator, and businesswoman, she brings years of hands-on experience in notary work and training to the forefront.
With credentials that include a master’s degree in business management, a business coach certification, and completion of both Notary2Pro and the Loan Signing System (LSS), Berjoh is also a certified NSA through the NNA and an approved Florida notary education provider.
She is passionate about equipping notaries with the tools and mindset for growth. As a wife, mother, and mentor, Berjoh continues to lead with purpose, helping others succeed in the notary profession and beyond.
Director at Large
Stephanie Leandre is the Director at Large (Director of Strategic Engagement) for The Notary Education Group Inc. A financial educator, notary entrepreneur, and community advocate, she is the founder of Simply Noble Services, where she’s spent over six years providing mobile notary services and financial education.
As a wife and mother of two, Stephanie is especially passionate about helping women manage finances with confidence while balancing career and family. Her dedication to outreach, marketing, and community impact strengthens the mission and visibility of the organization.
Treasurer
Ayana Lugo is the Treasurer of The Notary Education Group Inc., where she leverages over two decades of experience in real estate, finance, and operations to support the organization’s fiscal health and long-term sustainability. With a strong background in property management, transaction coordination, and affordable housing, Ayana brings a deep understanding of structure, compliance, and service—all essential to the Group’s mission of empowering notaries through education.
As the founder of The Crafty Notary, launched in 2021, Ayana has successfully blended her real estate knowledge with notarial services. Trained by both the NNA and LSS, she approaches her work with precision and professionalism. Her attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and passion for service align perfectly with the organization’s vision of uplifting notaries and expanding their impact.
Background
I named my academy The Notary Education Group because when I started my journey as a notary, I saw a gap—there was a need for real support, guidance, and professional growth within the industry.
As I built my business, I recognized that many of the challenges notaries face—such as communication, professionalism, operational efficiency, and business development—extend beyond the notary profession and exist across many service-based industries.
With a background in business management, I experienced firsthand how structured education can transform the way individuals think, operate, and grow. That transformation played a key role in my journey to becoming a full-time entrepreneur.
The Notary Education Group has since evolved beyond its name. While rooted in the notary industry, our mission now extends to supporting professionals and businesses at all stages—whether they are seeking supplemental income, part-time growth, or full-time entrepreneurship.
We are committed to delivering practical, real-world education that empowers individuals to operate effectively, serve with professionalism, and grow with intention.
