Meet the Committee Members

Founder

Berjoh Elise Fullilove is the Founder and CEO of The Notary Education Group LLC and CEO of B. Elise Notary Services LLC. A seasoned notary professional, educator, and entrepreneur, she brings years of hands-on experience in notarial services, business development, and professional training to the forefront of her work.

With credentials that include a master’s degree in business management, a business coach certification, and advanced training through both Notary2Pro and the Loan Signing System (LSS), Berjoh is also a Certified Notary Signing Agent through the NNA and an approved Florida notary education provider.

Passionate about professional growth and practical education, Berjoh is committed to equipping notaries and service-based professionals with the tools, knowledge, and mindset needed to build sustainable and successful businesses. As a wife, mother, mentor, and industry leader, she continues to lead with purpose while helping others grow both professionally and personally.

Ayana Lugo serves as a member of the Professional Development Advisory Committee for The Notary Education Group LLC, where she contributes her extensive experience in real estate, finance, operations, and professional services to support the organization’s continued growth and educational mission. With over two decades of experience in property management, transaction coordination, and affordable housing, Ayana brings valuable insight into structure, compliance, organization, and client service.

As the founder of The Crafty Notary, established in 2021, Ayana has successfully combined her real estate expertise with professional notarial services. Trained by both the NNA and LSS, she is recognized for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. Her dedication to service and professional development aligns strongly with TNEG’s mission to empower notaries and service-based professionals through education and practical growth opportunities.

Stephanie Leandre serves as a member of the Professional Development Advisory Committee for The Notary Education Group LLC. A financial educator, notary entrepreneur, and community advocate, she is the founder of Simply Noble Services, where she has spent over six years providing mobile notary services and financial education.

As a wife and mother of two, Stephanie is passionate about empowering women to manage finances with confidence while balancing career and family life. Her dedication to community outreach, professional engagement, and relationship-building continues to support the mission, growth, and impact of TNEG.

Comprised of professionals with diverse backgrounds in notary services, business development, real estate, finance, education, and entrepreneurship, the committee provides valuable insight, strategic feedback, and community-focused perspectives that help strengthen the organization’s mission and educational initiatives.


The committee serves in an advisory capacity, supporting The Notary Education Group LLC through collaboration, professional engagement, and a shared commitment to empowering professionals with practical knowledge, ethical standards, and growth opportunities.

Background

I named my academy The Notary Education Group because when I started my journey as a notary, I saw a gap—there was a need for real support, guidance, and professional growth within the industry.


As I built my business, I recognized that many of the challenges notaries face—such as communication, professionalism, operational efficiency, and business development—extend beyond the notary profession and exist across many service-based industries.


With a background in business management, I experienced firsthand how structured education can transform the way individuals think, operate, and grow. That transformation played a key role in my journey to becoming a full-time entrepreneur.


The Notary Education Group has since evolved beyond its name. While rooted in the notary industry, our mission now extends to supporting professionals and businesses at all stages—whether they are seeking supplemental income, part-time growth, or full-time entrepreneurship.


We are committed to delivering practical, real-world education that empowers individuals to operate effectively, serve with professionalism, and grow with intention.
