FL State-Required Notary Education Course
This Florida State-Required Notary Education Course is approved by The Florida Executive Office of the Governor - Notary Section. It is a comprehensive training program designed to meet the legal requirements set forth in SB 1334. The course consists of a minimum of three hours of interactive instruction, covering various aspects of notary public duties, with a special focus on electronic notarization.
FL State-Required Remote Online Notary Course
This Florida State-Required Remote Online Notary Education Course is approved by the Florida Executive Office of the Governor – Notary Section. It is a comprehensive training program designed to meet the legal education requirements for Florida notaries seeking authorization to perform Remote Online Notarizations (RON). The course consists of two hours of interactive instruction covering Florida's Remote Online Notarization laws, electronic notarization procedures, identity proofing and credential analysis, audio-video communication requirements, electronic records, security standards, and the duties and responsibilities of a Florida Remote Online Notary.

This Florida Traditional Notary Refresher is designed for currently commissioned notaries seeking to reinforce their understanding of Chapter 117, Florida Statutes (Part I) through real-world application.
